Rules & Regulations

1. ⁠Player Eligibility

• No international players are allowed to participate in local teams.

• ⁠Any player participating must be living in New Zealand on a work visa, residence visa, permanent residence, or be a New Zealand citizen.

• ⁠The player must have been living in New Zealand for at least six (6) months prior to the tournament.

2.⁠ ⁠Team Representation

• A player may only represent the city or state they belong to.

• ⁠If a player’s city or state does not have a Kho Kho team, they may join any team of their choice.

3.⁠ ⁠Age Group

• ⁠Kho Kho New Zealand is open to all age groups.
   

4.⁠ ⁠Inclusivity

• The NZ Sikh Games do not restrict Kho Kho participation to Sikh players only.

• ⁠All ethnicities and communities are welcome to participate.
